We have been farmers since 1824. Dedicated to typical crops from the south of the province of Lleida. Pioneers in Spain in the cultivation of the Pistachio nut. In 1978 we started to prepare the plantation on fields where olive trees, almond trees and vines were grown, which had been the traditional crops of the house. At that time, all the farms were rain-fed. Now, fortunately, some 8,000 hectares have been converted to irrigated land.0 ha. We only grow pistachio.

In order to be able to plant pistachio trees, we first had to establish our own plant nursery. Given the great difficulty involved in the reproduction of pistachio trees by nursery and its transcendence in the results of the plantation, in 1982 we started selling grafted trees in nurseries to third parties.

What makes us unique in Spain is the scientific and technical basis of our knowledge (U.C.-Davies of California & Gaziantep – Kerman in the M.E.) and the experience of cultivating Pistachio for more than 40 years in the Peninsula. As pistachio tree nurserymen, what makes us different is the fact that together with the plant material (pistachio trees grafted and developed to the cross) we provide technical assistance to our customers.
