The 2025 General Assembly of the Tarragona Nursery Association took place on February 20.
The day began with a technical visit to Vivers Alomà in the town of Aldea, a company dedicated to the cultivation and marketing of Mediterranean and native plants from the Iberian Peninsula. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the particularities and innovations in the production of this plant specialty in situ.
Next, the 2025 General Assembly took place at the facilities of the “Lo Mut” Restaurant in Deltebre, with more than twenty plant producers from all over the territory. During the meeting, aspects related to plant health, regulations, promotion, training were addressed, and activities were planned and impressions were shared.
At the end of the meeting, a presentation of the new product offering aimed at the sector by the BION house took place, an advertiser in the Tarragona Nurserymen’s Directory 2025.
The day ended with a fellowship meal at the same “Lo Mut” Restaurant, where attendees were able to enjoy all the essence of the local cuisine of the Ebro Delta.
